• Is the service truly free?
Yes
• Its mentioned as Tattoo & Piercing dating site, I do not have any Tattoos or Piercings, can I join?
OK, but currently we prefer persons who want to show pictures of their bodywork.
• Is my direct contact information like e-mail and phone number visible to everyone?
Nope only to VIP members and you have option to hide those even from them.
• How to I become a VIP member?
When you have uploaded at least three pictures of yourself.
• Are my pictures visible to everyone?
Yes, site visitors can view your pictures and profile, however they can’t rate those.
• How many pictures can I upload to your site?
For the moment we have limited the number of pictures to five per free member and twenty for VIP member.
• What else VIP membership will give me?
You can directly contact with others and comment pictures. This is to avoid SPAM.
• Whats notification credits?
You can get notified to your mobile, when somebody contacts you, comments your picture or your group have new messages. You can choose what ever option combinations you want. Check appropriate buttons in your profile and purchase enough credits.
• How do I purchase those notification credits?
From your PayPal account, credit or debit card.
• Why I need to be notified?
Because most of the persons here have not bothered to check back here. What the reason to have your profile, if you are not interested to be contacted.
• What the size and format of the pictures?
To fit the picture to the page we have limited the maximum weight for 500 pixels. You should use some picture manipulation tool to resize your photo to suitable size. There is no vertical pixel limit however all files are limited to 500MB. We support JPG format only.
• Who can comment my pictures?
You can choose either this option to be available to members or to your friends only.
• Do you accept any pictures?
Nope, pictures that violating copyright or are offensive will be deleted.
• Who can create a group?
All registered members are able to create their own groups. The amount of groups per member is not limited so you can create as many as you want.
• Is group memberships “invitation only”?
At the moment all groups are free to join for every registered member. However, administrator have right to revoke the user by owner request.
• Can I choose my friends?
Yes, after somebody has chosen to ask you to be a friend, you have the possibility either accept or deny it.
• Why can’t I search my match by eye and hair color?
That’s why we call ourselves as picture dating site as one picture is worth thousand of words.
• Why can’t I search by race and religion?
That’s the racist attitude what we do not tolerate in our site.
• How can I block a member?
We hoped that blocking will be unnecessary however when needed we could implement this feature. At the moment, you should report abuse to admin.
• Why I can’t use smiley’s in my messages?
A Mobile SMS message does not yet support smiley’s by default. Meanwhile you are still able to type smiley’s characters to your code while we are seeking possibilities to implement this feature.
• Are you sending emails to me?
No way! You won’t receive us any newsletters containing tips to date or your new matches. We would like you to find out those things yourself.
• How do I find my soulmate?
Start to search and browse profiles with pictures. Members are seeing who has been interested about them, so they could check you out. Rate pictures so other person will see, who have liked them. Join groups and make friends. Then you are able to find your soulmate and let him/her know about it.
• When I will be listed on Top?
When your pictures have highest ratings from lot of people.
• When I will be listed in Match?
When you and your partner have both selected each other to be soulmates.
• How do I contact with admin?
Select Administrators from left menu bar, select one of the administrators and send the message.
• Do you sell my contact information to somebody?
No way!!! We hate spam and spammers. This is used to manage this site only.
